CONFIRMAR los fallos proferidos por la Sala de Decisión Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial, del 4 de marzo de 1.998, y por la Sala de Casación Civil y Agraria de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, del 20 de abril del mismo año, los cuales denegaron el amparo de tutela solicitado por el demandante.
- Segundo. LIBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991, para los fines allí establecidos.
