Primero. REVOCAR la decisiones judiciales proferidas por el Tribunal Superior de Medellin -Sala Laboral- el veintinueve (29) de enero de mil novecientos noventa y nueve, y de la Corte Suprema de Justicia -Sala Laboral- el nueve (9) de marzo de la misma anualidad. En su lugar CONCEDER la tutela a los derechos de peticion, trabajo, y seguridad social de la senora Maria Amparo Loaiza Berrio.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Representante Legal de la empresa Confecciones Marinella S.A que, si todavia no lo ha hecho, proceda dentro de un termino maximo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia, a resolver de fondo la peticion elevada por la senora Maria Amparo Loaiza Berrio, relativa a los documentos que necesita para el tramite de su pension de jubilacion.
Tercero. PREVENIR al Representante Legal de la empresa Confecciones Marinella S.A., para que evite volver a incurrir en las omisiones ilegitimas que originaron esta tutela, so pena de las sanciones legalmente establecidas.
Cuarto. LIBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
