- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Diecisiete Laboral del Circuito de Bogota en el proceso de la referencia. En su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela impetrada, por las razones expuestas en las consideraciones de este fallo.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales, que en el termino de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de este fallo, si aun no lo hubiere hecho, de efectivo cumplimiento a lo ordenado mediante sentencia de 24 de julio de 2003 proferida por el Juzgado
- Septimo. Laboral del Circuito de Bogota, procediendo a incluir en la nomina a la senora Alicia Garcia y a efectuar el respectivo pago de las mesadas pensionales causadas con sus intereses de mora en los terminos de la referida providencia, so pena de incurrir en las sanciones que contempla el articulo 52 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
