Primero. LEVANTAR la suspension del termino decretada para fallar el presente proceso.
Segundo. CONFIRMAR el fallo adoptado por la Sala de Decision Civil Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cartagena el 25 de julio de 2001, mediante el cual concedio la tutela interpuesta a traves de apoderado por el ciudadano JHONNYS ROMERO CASTILLO contra la sociedad "Aguas de Cartagena S. A. ESP -Acuacar S. A.".
Tercero. ORDENAR que por Secretaria General se de cumplimiento a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
