- PRIMERO. REVOCAR el numeral 1º de la sentencia de abril 23 de 1993, proferida por el Juzgado
- Noveno. Civil del Circuito de Medellín y, en consecuencia, CONCEDER la tutela solicitada en lo que respecta al pago de los salarios dejados de percibir por la actuación de la autoridad administrativa.
- SEGUNDO. CONFIRMAR el numeral 2º de la referida sentencia.
- TERCERO. LIBRESE comunicación al Juzgado
- Séptimo. Civil Municipal de Medellín, con miras a que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
