  1. Primero. REVÓCASE, la sentencia del cuatro (4) de noviembre de dos mil tres (2003), proferida por el Juzgado
  2. Primero. Penal del Circuito de Pamplona, en la acción de tutela instaurada por los señores María Clara Meneses de Gélvez y Alirio Gélvez Becerra contra la Red de Solidaridad Social. En consecuencia, CONCÉDASE la protección de los derechos de los actores.
  3. Segundo. ORDÉNASE al Director de la Red de Solidaridad Social, o quien haga sus veces, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, resuelva de fondo la petición hecha por los demandantes el día 25 de agosto de 2002, sin considerarla extemporánea, pues para ello debe tenerse en cuenta la fecha en que se asentó el registro civil de defunción del señor Quintín Antonio Gélvez Meneses.
  4. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
