- En merito de lo expuesto, la Corte Constitucional
- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia dictada, el 20 de agosto de 1999, por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Bogota, por medio de la cual se denego la tutela solicitada por la senora Ana Maria Parada de Alarcon. En su lugar, se CONCEDE el amparo impetrado.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Caja Nacional de Prevision - CAJANAL EPS - que continue prestando los servicios de atencion intrahospitalaria que requiera el paciente Francisco Tobias Alarcon Malagon y que garantice la continuacion del trabajo de intervencion psicosocial y educativa con su familia.
- Tercero. Librense por Secretaria las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
