- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia adoptada por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Medellín el 22 de enero de 1999, por medio de la cual se denegó la tutela de los derechos de la señora Gloria Nury Arbeláez Luna, pues ésta cuenta con otros mecanismos judiciales de defensa y no hay un perjuicio irremediable que evitar.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR esta providencia al Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Medellín, para los fines previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
