- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia del Juzgado Cincuenta y Dos (52) Civil Municipal de Santafé de Bogotá, Distrito Capital, de fecha septiembre
- primero. (1o.) de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993).
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que la Secretaría General envíe una copia del expediente a la autoridad disciplinaria competente, para que ésta examine la actuación del juzgador de primera instancia, particularmente en lo relacionado a la omisión de notificar el auto admisorio de la acción a los representantes legales de las sociedades demandadas.
- TERCERO. COMUNICAR esta providencia al citado Juzgado, para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
