- Primero. CONFIRMAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Quinto. Civil del Circuito de Ibague el 19 de febrero de dos mil dos, en la cual se concedio la tutela de la referencia.
- Segundo. AUTORIZAR a Humana Vivir S.A. E.P.S. para que repita contra el FOSYGA por el 92% del costo del tratamiento proporcionado a la beneficiaria de la tutela de la referencia. El FOSYGA dispondra de quince (15) dias para sufragar lo debido o para indicar la fecha maxima dentro de la cual dara cumplimiento a dicha obligacion que, en todo caso, no podra ser superior a tres (3) meses.
- Tercero. COMPULSAR copias del expediente de la referencia a la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Tolima para lo de su competencia.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
