- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia materia de revisión y en su lugar, tutelar los derechos a la vida y a la seguridad social de los señores Libio Mosquera Mosquera y Tobias Mosquera.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a las Directivas de la empresa de Licores del Chocó que, si aún no lo ha hecho, reanuden el pago de las mesadas pensionales de los actores en el termino máximo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contados a partir de la notificación de la presente providencia, so pena de las sanciones previstas en el Decreto 2591 de 1991 para el desacato.
- Tercero. COMUNICAR la presente providencia al juzgador de instancia para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
