Primero. REVOCAR, por las razones expuestas, la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Tercero. Laboral del Circuito de Cúcuta el once (11) de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999).
Segundo. CONCEDER, la tutela impetrada y en consecuencia, ordenar al Hospital Erasmo Meoz de la ciudad de Cúcuta, a través de su Gerente y Representante Legal, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, proceda a reanudar el pago del salario de la señora Maritza Camperos Durán siempre y cuando cuente con la debida disponibilidad presupuestal. En caso contrario, dentro del mismo término deberá iniciar las acciones para cumplir con el pago ordenado.
Tercero. LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
