- Primero. CONFIRMAR por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de este fallo, la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia de Turbo, de fecha cuatro (4) de enero de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994).
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia de Turbo, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
