- Primero. Civil Municipal de Santa Marta, de fecha diez y siete (17) de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y ocho (1998).
- Segundo. Por la Secretaría de esta Corporación, COMPÚLSENSE copias del expediente y de esta sentencia a la Fiscalía General de Nación y a la Procuraduría, para los fines que consideren pertinentes.
- Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
