- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Laboral, proferido el 1º e octubre de 1999, al decidir sobre la acción de tutela incoada por Fernando Giraldo Echeverry contra la empresa Acerías Paz del Río S.A. y, en consecuencia, se protegen los derechos a la dignidad y al mínimo vital del peticionario.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Empresa "Acerías Paz del Río S.A." que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, realice todas las gestiones necesarias para la inmediata cancelación de las mesadas pensionales que se adeudan a Fernando Giraldo Echeverry y para que en adelante cumpla estrictamente con el pago de sus mesadas pensionales.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
