- Primero. CONFIRMESE en su integridad la sentencia del 10 de noviembre de 2006, proferida por el Juzgado 5deg de Familia de Cartagena, mediante la cual declaro improcedente la accion de tutela incoada por Gregorio Cortes Garces, contra la Direccion General de la Policia Nacional.
- Segundo. LIBRESE por secretaria la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
