- Segundo. Penal Municipal de Medellín, por la cual se accedió a las solicitudes de tutela presentadas por NELLY MARÍA MORENO ARRIAGA, LUZ MARÍA CEBALLOS GIRALDO, ANA ESTELLA GIRALDO y CLARA LUZ SALAZAR DE R., como la sentencia del Juzgado
- Décimo. Penal del Circuito de Medellín, por la cual se confirmó lo decidido por el a quo. En consecuencia, niégase la tutela concedida en el proceso de la referencia.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
