- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juez Promiscuo de Familia de Pasto, mediante la cual resolvió negar la tutela impetrada por el ciudadano José Gererado Córdoba contra el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que en cualquier publicación, divulgación o estudio que se haga de esta sentenecia se omita el nombre de la menor involucrada.
- TERCERO. COMUNICAR esta decisión al juez de primera instancia para los efectos del artículo 36 de Decreto 2591 de 1991.
