- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR por las razones expuestas, la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Treinta y Cinco Penal del Circuito de Bogota, el dia 3 de febrero de 1994, mediante la cual se denego la solicitud de tutela instaurada por el ciudadano ALIRIO DUARTE FORERO, mediante apoderado.
- SEGUNDO. Ordenar que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, se comunique el contenido de esta providencia al Juzgado
- Cuarto. Penal Municipal de Bogota, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
