- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la ley,
- IV. R E S U E L V E
- PRIMERO. Revocar la sentencia de fecha treinta y uno (31) de diciembre de mil novecientos noventa y dos (1992) proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Promiscuo de Familia de Cúcuta mediante la cual se negó la tutela de los derechos invocados por el demandante Diego Alejandro Lozano Gómez.
- SEGUNDO. Conceder la tutela de los derechos al buen nombre, honra y debido proceso, vulnerados con la decisión de la Cruz Roja, Seccional Norte de Santander y disponer que se reintegre al actor como cadete voluntario juvenil de dicha institución
- TERCERO. Comunicar la presente decisión al Juzgado del conocimiento para que se notifique a las partes, y adopte las medidas necesarias a efecto de adecuar su fallo a lo dispuesto por esta Corporación, según los términos del artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
