- Primero. Revocar el fallo revisado, de 21 de julio de 2000, proferido por el Juez Promiscuo Municipal de Manatí, Atlántico.
- Segundo. Tutelar los derechos a la igualdad y al libre desarrollo de la personalidad, consagrados en los artículos 13 y 16 de la Constitución, a la estudiante Inés Tatiana Majjul Mercado.
- Tercero. Inaplicar el literal (L) del artículo
- primero. del manual de convivencia del colegio mixto de bachillerato "San Luis Beltrán", así como el literal (ch) del capítulo relativo a las faltas fundamentales de disciplina; y prevenir a las autoridades del colegio para que se abstengan de aplicar los literales mencionados a casos semejantes, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 24 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Cuarto. Ordenar a los funcionarios y órganos del colegio mixto de bachillerato "San Luis Beltrán" que se abstengan de darle un trato diferente a la estudiante Inés Tatiana Majjul Mercado, por haber ejercido su derecho a la autonomía, que le cause perjuicio, la excluya o la margine.
