- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia del veinticinco (25) de noviembre de mil novecientos noventa y cinco (1995) proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Guática (Risaralda) y, en consecuencia, NO CONCEDER la tutela impetrada.
- SEGUNDO. LIBRAR las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines allí previstos.
