- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución
- R E S U E L V E
- PRIMERO. Revocar las sentencias de los juzgados Promiscuo Municipal de Restrepo, de fecha 14 de Julio de 1993, y
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Buga del 20 de Agosto de 1993, por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia y, en consecuencia, negar la tutela impetrada.
- SEGUNDO. Exhortar, tanto al Concejo como al Alcalde del Municipio de Restrepo, Valle, para que lleve a cabo las obras prometidas a la comunidad en lo relativo a la construcción de una nueva concentración escolar.
- TERCERA. Para los efectos del caso, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
