- Primero. CONFIRMAR los fallos de tutela del tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafe de Bogota, Sala Civil, y de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casacion Civil y Agraria, del 20 de abril y el 25 de mayo de este ano, respectivamente, dictados en el proceso de tutela de la referencia.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991.
