- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de fecha treinta y uno (31) de enero de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996) proferida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia -Sala de Casacion Laboral- mediante la cual se confirmo la providencia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Villavicencio que concedio la tutela impetrada por el ciudadano Hans Ricardo Tuiso Malagon, con las precisiones hechas en la parte motiva.
