- Primero. CONFIRMAR en todas sus partes la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Medellín, con fecha del 9 de octubre de 2001, en la cual se tutelan a favor del señor JULIO ANTONIO RAIGOSA VILLEGAS los derechos fundamentales vulnerados por el banco DAVIVIENDA ,y condena en abstracto a la entidad accionada a pagar los perjuicios causados al accionante.
- Segundo. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
