- PRIMERO. REVOCAR el fallo del Juzgado Sesenta y Cuatro (64) Penal del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, proferido el dia
- primero. (1) de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), por medio del cual se concedio la tutela de los derechos al debido proceso y a la educacion de Jairo Jose Pineda Cepeda.
- SEGUNDO. NO CONCEDER la tutela solicitada por Jairo Jose Pineda Cepeda, en contra de la Escuela de Cadetes de Policia "General Santander", por las razones aludidas en esta providencia.
- TERCERO. LIBRAR comunicacion al Juzgado Sesenta y Ocho Penal Municipal de Santafe de Bogota, a efectos de que notifique esta sentencia a las partes y adopte las decisiones necesarias para adecuar su fallo a lo aqui dispuesto.
