C., y, en su lugar, CONFIRMAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 73 Penal Municipal de la misma ciudad, que denego la tutela propuesta por Rosario Salinas Valenzuela, pero por las razones consignadas en la parte considerativa de esta Sentencia.
