Primero. REVOCAR, por las razones expuestas, la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Primero. Civil Municipal de Ciénaga el 18 de diciembre de 1998.
Segundo. ADVERTIR que en el evento de que el Hospital San Cristóbal de Ciénaga ya hubiese efectuado el pago reclamado por la señora Otilda Rangel de Bolaño en cumplimiento de la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Primero. Civil Municipal de Ciénaga, tales emolumentos no deben ser reembolsados como consecuencia del fallo proferido por esta Corporación, ya que se trata del pago de lo debido.
Tercero. LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
