- Primero. Confirmar la sentencia de veintinueve (29) de enero de dos mil dos (2002), de la Sala de Casación Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, en la acción de tutela presentada por Carlos Arturo Niaza Panchi contra el Consejo de Conciliación y Justicia Indígena de Cristianía y el Director de la Cárcel del Circuito de Andes.
- Segundo. Para los efectos expresados en la parte motiva de esta sentencia, enviar copia de ésta a los señores Ministros del Interior, de Justicia y Derecho y al Director General del Inpec.
- Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
