- Segundo. Penal del Circuito de Tulua en su lugar CONCEDER la proteccion del derecho de peticion de la senora Maria Isabel Isaza.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al senor Francisco Javier Villegas Alzate que en termino de 48 horas, contadas a partir de la notificacion de esta providencia, haga entrega material de las fotografias solicitadas por la accionante y de toda su historia clinica, incluyendo los anexos
- Librese por Secretaria General la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
