- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Tercero. laboral del Circuito de Buenaventura el nueve de septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y nueve, al resolver sobre la acción de tutela incoada por Cecilia Marina Ramirez Mosquera contra el Hospital Departamental de Buenaventura.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Director del Hospital Departamental de Buenaventura que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente Fallo, proceda a la inmediata cancelación de las mesadas adeudadas a Cecilia Marina Ramírez Mosquera.
- Tercero. El incumplimiento de lo aquí dispuesto lo hará acreedor a la sanción prevista en el artículo 52 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
