- PRIMERO. MODIFICAR la decision de tutela proferida por la Sala de Familia del Tribunal Superior de Santafe de Bogota, con fecha doce (12) de Febrero de 1992, en el sentido de ORDENAR al Juzgado
- Noveno. de Familia que en el termino de diez (10) dias habiles, contados a partir de la notificacion de esta providencia, CELEBRE una audiencia con participacion de las partes involucradas, con el fin de garantizar el respeto a sus derechos fundamentales, teniendo en cuenta las consideraciones de esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por Secretaria se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado
- Noveno. de Familia de Bogota, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
