- Primero. CONFIRMANSE los fallos del ocho (8) de noviembre de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994) y del trece (13) de diciembre del mismo año, proferidos por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Manizales -Sala Civil-, y por la Corte Suprema de Justicia -Sala de Casación Civil-, mediante los cuales se resolvió sobre la petición de tutela formulada por LUZ ADRIANA DIAZ ARREDONDO, CLAUDIA MILENA GONZALEZ TOBON, DIANA PATRICIA GONZALEZ y GLORIA PATRICIA GARCIA, contra la ARQUIDIOCESIS DE MANIZALES.
