Primero. REVOCASE el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
Primero. Civil del Circuito de Guadalajara de Buga, dentro del proceso de tutela instaurado por la senora Mariela Ramirez de Echeverry contra el Seguro Social, Seccional Valle del Cauca, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de este fallo. En consecuencia, CONCEDASE el amparo solicitado por la actora, en los terminos de esta sentencia.
ORDENASE al Director del Seguro Social o quien haga sus veces que, en un termino no mayor de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, de respuesta a la solicitud de pension de jubilacion y expida, en el mismo termino, la resolucion correspondiente.
Segundo. ENVIESE copia del expediente a la Procuraduria General de la Nacion para lo de su competencia.
Tercero. Por Secretaria General, LIBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
