- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 2deg Laboral del Circuito de Barranquilla, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia y en su defecto, CONCEDER la tutela del derecho de peticion al senor Jose Victor Ariza Alba ordenando al Fondo de Pasivo Social de Colpuertos Foncolpuertos que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificacion del presente fallo, de respuesta al actor.
- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR a traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional el contenido de la sentencia al Juzgado 2deg Laboral del Circuito de Barranquilla y al peticionario de la presente tutela.
