- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Séptimo. Penal Municipal de Barranquilla, de fecha 15 de mayo del 2000. En consecuencia CONCEDER el derecho al pago oportuno de la licencia de maternidad.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la EPS del ISS Seccional Barranquilla, que dentro del término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo proceda a pagar la licencia de maternidad a la señora Clarita Esther Obregón Matos.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria general, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
