- R E S U E L V E
- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia de noviembre 17 de 1992, proferida por el Juzgado 6o. Civil del Circuito de Medellín y, en consecuencia, CONCEDER la tutela solicitada.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al Banco Comercial Antioqueño y a la Asociación Bancaria de Colombia que acrediten, dentro de los diez días siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, ante el Juez de Primera instancia la eliminación total en sus centrales de información de los datos del señor OSCAR MORALES MORALES, bajo las sanciones legales del artículo 53 del Decreto 2591 de 1991. El Juzgado de instancia velará por la ejecución de esta sentencia.
- TERCERO. LIBRESE comunicación al Juzgado 6o. Civil del Circuito de Medellín con miras a que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
