- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. REVOCAR por las razones expuestas, el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Treinta y Uno Penal Municipal de Cali, el 23 de noviembre de 1994, dentro del proceso de tutela instaurado por la señora DORA MARIA LOZANO PAZ.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos a la salud y seguridad social de la señora DORA MARIA LOZANO PAZ, ordenando al Instituto de los Seguros Sociales, Seccional Valle del Cauca, para que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho horas (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, le suministre los servicios médicos que requiere para atender la enfermedad de hipertensión arterial que padece.
- TERCERO. Por la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, líbrense las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
