- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado 2º Civil del Circuito de Duitama, mediante el cual se protegieron los derechos fundamentales de Luis Antonio Orjuela Tenjo, adicionándolo en el sentido de disponer que la empresa se ponga al día con el pensionado en todo aquello que le adeuda y que siga pagándole puntualmente sus mesadas.
- De la misma manera, mientras principia en efecto la protección en salud por parte del Seguro Social, será tal empresa la que asuma el pago de todo concepto referente a la atención de las necesidades de salud del actor y de su familia.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
