Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Ibagué el 15 de mayo de 2000, al resolver sobre la acción de tutela incoada por Gabriel Varón Callejas y Pablo Cesar García Liévano, contra el Director de la Cárcel Distrital de Ibagué y, en consecuencia, conceder la protección solicitada.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Director de la Cárcel Distrital de Ibagué que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, adelante las gestiones necesarias para la inmediata ejecución de las intervenciones quirúrgicas que requieren los internos Gabriel Varón Callejas y Pablo Cesar García Liévano, de conformidad con el concepto médico respectivo, si a la fecha no se hubieren realizado.
Tercero. El incumplimiento de lo aquí dispuesto será sancionado en la forma prevista en el artículo 52 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
