CONFIRMAR, por las razones consignadas en esta providencia, el fallo proferido por EL JUZGADO SETENTA Y CINCO PENAL MUNICIPAL DE BOGOTA, de fecha 15 de junio de 2000, despacho que conoció en única instancia de la acción de tutela de la referencia, a través del cual negó por improcedente el amparo solicitado.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
