- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Neiva, Sala Civil-Familia-Laboral de fecha 4 de mayo del 2.000. En consecuencia CONCEDER el derecho al pago oportuno de la licencia de maternidad de la actora.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la E.P.S. del Instituto de los Seguros Sociales, Seccional Neiva -Huila, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, proceda a cancelar la licencia de maternidad a la señora MARIBEL GAVIRIA RODRIGUEZ.
- Tercero. LÍBRESE por Secretaria la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
