Primero. LEVANTAR la suspensión de los términos decretada por la Sala para fallar el presente proceso.
Segundo. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas en el presente fallo, la sentencia adoptada por la Sala de Decisión Civil - Familia - Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, el 23 de abril de 2001, mediante la cual REVOCÓ el fallo dictado por el Juzgado
Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Riohacha el 5 de marzo de 2001, que concedió la acción de tutela interpuesta, a través de apoderado, por el señor HUSSNY KASSEM KASSEM contra el director del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, a la que fue vinculado el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
Tercero. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se dé cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
