CIVIL DEL CIRCUITO DE MEDELLIN, de fecha 27 de abril de 2000, despacho que conoció en primera instancia de la acción de tutela de la referencia, a través del cual negó por improcedente dicha acción, y por la SALA CIVIL DEL TRIBUNAL SUPERIOR DE MEDELLIN, de fecha 19 de mayo de 2000, que confirmó esa decisión.
