Primero. REVOCAR, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
Primero. Civil del Circuito el tres (3) de abril de 2000 que negó la tutela solicitada por Liliana Alexandra Ariza Domínguez.
Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela por los derechos a la igualdad, al trabajo y a la estabilidad laboral reforzada de la ciudadana Liliana Alexandra Ariza Domínguez, y por lo tanto, ordenar al Seguro Social, Seccional Santander, Unidad Funcional Clínica
Primero. de Mayo, que reintegre a la demandante en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas al cargo que venía desempeñando al momento del despido, sin perjuicio de las demás pretensiones laborales a que pueda tener derecho, las cuales serán definidas por la jurisdicción laboral.
Tercero. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
