- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias materia de revisión y en su lugar, tutelar los derechos a la vida y a la seguridad social de Francisco José Perdomo Vanegas.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Gerente de la Federación Nacional de Algodoneros que, si aún no lo han hecho, reanude el pago de las mesadas pensionales de Francisco José Perdomo Vanegas en el termino máximo de 48 horas contados a partir de la notificación de la presente providencia, so pena de las sanciones previstas en el Decreto 2591 de 1991 para el desacato.
- Tercero. COMUNICAR la presente providencia al juzgador de primera instancia para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
