- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el dia dieciseis (16) de febrero de 2004 por el Juzgado
- Sexto. (6) Penal del Circuito de Barranquilla en la accion de tutela iniciada por la senora Ines Bustamante Moreno contra Salud Total E.P.S. (expediente T-952128). En su lugar, CONCEDER el amparo solicitado, en los terminos expresados en la parte motiva de esta sentencia.
- En consecuencia, ORDENAR a Salud Total E.P.S. que, si aun no lo hubiere hecho, proceda en el termino de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de la presente sentencia, a cancelar a la senora Ines Bustamante Moreno la prestacion economica derivada de la licencia de maternidad.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida en segunda instancia el dia veinticinco (25) de febrero de 2004 por el Juzgado
- Sexto. (6) Penal del Circuito de Barranquilla, en la accion de tutela iniciada por Iveth Cortes Maury contra Salud Total E.P.S. (expediente T - 952179), que confirmo el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Octavo. (8) Penal Municipal de la ciudad de Barranquilla que nego la tutela solicitada por la demandante.
- Tercero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida en segunda instancia el dia cinco (5) de mayo de 2004 por el Juzgado
- Sexto. (6) Penal del Circuito de Barranquilla, en la accion de tutela iniciada por la senora Nereili Arrieta Coba contra Salud Total E.P.S. (expediente T-952184), que revoco el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Tercero. (3) Penal Municipal de la ciudad de Barranquilla que accedio a las pretensiones de la demandante.
- Cuarto. LIBRESE por secretaria la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
