- Primero. REVOCAR las decisiones objeto de revision y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela por violacion a los derechos al trabajo, a la maternidad y a la dignidad de la mujer trabajadora, y al minimo vital.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que a la senora Ruth Andrade se le paguen los salarios dejados de percibir hasta el 11 de enero del 2000.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
