- Primero. CONFIRMAR la decision proferida por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Medellin el 18 de junio de 2003, dentro de la accion de tutela promovida por Gloria Eugenia Valencia Ortega contra la Sala Administrativa del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Antioquia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por Secretaria General se de cumplimiento a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
